All products are made to order. Product images are representative — minor variations in colour, texture, and form may occur between pieces due to the nature of ceramic production and firing. These variations are inherent to the craft and do not constitute defects.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

**4. Orders**

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
