**Where we ship**

BinaryCeramics ships worldwide from our studio in Athens, Greece.

**Production time and dispatch**

Most pieces are in stock and dispatched within 5 business days from Athens. One-of-a-Kind and made-to-order pieces require 2 to 4 weeks before dispatch, as noted on the product page.

**Delivery times (after dispatch)**

Greece: 2 to 5 business days. Europe: 5 to 10 business days. United States: 5 to 12 business days. Rest of world: 10 to 21 business days. These are estimates and may vary with your location and local couriers. Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.

**Shipping carriers**

We ship via tracked courier. Orders outside the European Union ship by express courier with full tracking. A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched.

**European Union**

Shipping within Europe is free for orders above 300€. Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

**Outside the European Union: all duties and taxes prepaid**

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United States and the United Kingdom, are sent Delivered Duty Paid. All import duties and taxes are calculated, prepaid by BinaryCeramics, and already included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any customs fees, duties, or taxes when your piece is delivered. The price at checkout is the final price, with no surprise fees on arrival. For some high-value destinations, shipping and duties are arranged by quote. If a shipping option does not appear at checkout for your country, contact us at info@binaryceramics.com and we will prepare your order.

**Packaging**

Every piece is packed in custom protective packaging built for fragile ceramic objects, designed to withstand international shipping.
