While at the beach one day, I couldn't help but be captivated by the endless dance of the waves before me. They rolled in, one after another, each set slightly different from the last in both power and frequency. It was a mesmerizing sight, and I found myself lost in thought as I tried to imagine what it would look like if I could "record" all of the waves that I was observing. What patterns would emerge? What aesthetic qualities might they possess? And what would the final product look like?

These musings inspired the creation of this collection. I wanted to capture the beauty and the recursiveness of the waves, to showcase their unique patterns and characteristics. And so, I set out to create a series of pieces that would do just that. The result is a collection that I hope will inspire others to marvel at the wonders of nature, just as I did that day on the beach.
